Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We offer free standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days) for an additional fee calculated at checkout. All shipments are insured and tracked.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We plan to expand internationally in the future. Join our waitlist to be notified when we ship to your country.
Returns
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us at hello@primalpuffs.com and we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
